The Department of Classics at Georgetown University invites applications for a one-year position as a visiting assistant professor in Latin literature. Teaching load is 3 courses per semester; the candidate is expected to teach classes in Latin at all levels, as well as literature and culture courses in translation. PhD must be in hand by the time of taking up the appointment.

By December 1, 2015, Applicants should submit a cv, cover letter, and three letters of recommendation.
