The Department of History at Clemson University invites applications for a tenure-track position of Assistant Professor in the area of ancient Medierranean history. Ph.D. should be in hand by August 15, 2018. Applicants should have a strong record or demonstrate promise of scholarship, be prepared to teach the survey The West and the World and courses in their specialty, and contribute to the MA program. The department is also interested in scholars with experience working with the digital humanities.
