Assistant Professor of Ancient Languages -- tenure track position. Begin August 2015.
Job requirements: PhD in Classics or related field. Teaching experience at college level. Applicants should possess outstanding skill in and enthusiasm for teaching all levels of Latin and Greek language and literature; competence in archaeology highly desirable. Teach three 4-hour (or equivalent) undergraduate courses per semester at all levels; participate in department’s proficiency testing program. Assist occasionally with summer study abroad programs.
