The Department of Classical Studies at the University of Missouri, Columbia, invites applications for a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship to begin in the fall of 2015. Specialization in Republican or Early Imperial Latin literature is preferred. The successful candidate will maintain an active research and publication program throughout the two years and teach two three-credit courses per semester. Candidates must have the Ph.D. in hand by the start of the appointment; preference will be given to those who received the Ph.D. after January, 2012. The salary will be $30,000/year plus full benefits.
