The Department of Classical Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, invites applications for a full-time visiting assistant professorship for the academic year 2016/17. Applicants should have expertise in Latin Literature and Culture. The visitor will teach two undergraduate courses each semester, one of which will be Classical Mythology (a large lecture course), the other a course in Latin Literature and Culture. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Classics by July 1. Review of applications will begin April 18 and will continue until the position is filled.
