The Department of Classical Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro invites applications for a 1-year full-time position at the rank of Lecturer to begin in August 2019. The teaching load is 4 courses per semester. Courses will include Latin at the introductory and/or intermediate level as well as mythology and other classical civilization courses. Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching.

A master’s degree is required; a Ph.D. in Classics or a related discipline is preferred.
