Mark Vessey, Edward Slingerland, and Stephen Wittek are organizing an intensive two-day conference/meditation on the theoretical and technical challenges pertaining to macro-scale textual analysis, to be held at at the University of British Columbia. How to Do Things With Millions of Words will bring together an interdisciplinary group of researchers at all levels of technical experience.
