We are an environmental consulting firm headquartered in Irvine, CA with branch offices in Redlands, San Diego, Sacramento and Reno, NV. Duties and Responsibilities include a minimum of 15 years experience in the cultural resources field, including 5 years of staff management. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and managing large and small projects without supervision at a senior level. Projects will involve prehistoric and historical archaeology, architectural history, paleontology and ethnology, therefore experience with federal and state regulatory agencies and experience in regulatory consultation in support of commercial customers is required.Masters degree required. RPA is important. Strong business skills required in departmental development, business development, budget and schedule management and client relationships. Staff management overseeing a diverse group of cultural resource specialists and supervision of cultural staff situated within 4 offices in the Western United States is required. Will serve as senior member of the operations management team in planning for strategic penetration of markets and deployment of resources. Some travel is required.
