SAMFORD UNIVERSITY – BIRMINGHAM, AL
The Classics Department of Samford University (established 1998) invites applications for a sabbatical-replacement position at the level of Visiting Assistant Professor (Ph.D) or Instructor (Master's) beginning in August 2004. The teaching load of three courses per semester may include all levels of Greek and/or Latin, and possibly an interdisciplinary course in the university core. The position is non-renewable. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and will be supportive of Samford University's mission of Christian higher education.
