CANE members and the general public are invited to register for the CANE Summer Institute lecture series. Registration is free!

This year's theme is "Classical antiquity": a global phenomenon in local contexts. The week's lectures will take us around the world: from the Russia-Ukraine War, to the intersection of social justice and Classics, to North Africa, the United States, and Syria.

The full list of 2023 lectures, dates, and times is available at caneweb.org/csi under “Offerings”, in the right-hand tab marked "FREE Public Lectures".

This lecture series is accessible via our live-streamed Zoom webinars. To register, please click this link.

The CANE Summer Institute is supported by the Brown University Department of Classics and a generous grant from the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation.
