The Department of Classical Studies at Boston University invites applications for a one-year, full-time Visiting Assistant Professor (2021-2022) to teach undergraduate Greek and Latin language courses, as well as classical civilization courses in translation. Expertise in teaching Greek history or Greek Prose Comp is particularly desirable. Research specialty is open. The teaching load is 3 and 3. A doctoral degree in Classics is required by the time the appointment begins. There are no service obligations. The position is non-renewable.
