2021 Draft Session Listing: Virtual Meeting

Please read the following:

  • All times are CST.
  • There are two session blocks each day for panels and paper sessions. There will also be affiliated group, departmental, and special events. We will add times for special events such as the plenary and Presidential Panel soon. We have already reached out to affiliated group and departments regarding scheduling.
  • Session blocks are three hours long but we realize many sessions may be shorter and we encourage all to aim for shorter sessions to combat Zoom fatigue.
  • We would like to give everyone the opportunity to present live but realize that some organizers of panels and individual presenters of papers in paper sessions may opt to pre-record. We will be reaching out to panel / workshop organizers and individual speakers in paper sessions soon about live vs. pre-recorded options
