Delta Airlines is offering a 2%-5% discount on flights to all Annual Meeting attendees. Discounts vary by region and are applicable for flights booked from January 1–17, 2015. American Airlines has discontinued their airfare discount program for meetings. We regret that we are unable to offer an AA discount this year.
Ground Transportation from the Airport to the Annual Meeting Hotels
Taxis are available on the airport’s lower level, outside of the baggage claim area. Average cab fare to the Annual Meeting hotels is $33.00 Taxis are required to offer a credit card payment option.
Airport Shuttle New Orleans is the official ground transportation provider for the airport and offers shared ride service to downtown New Orleans, including the Annual Meeting hotels. Rates are $20.00 per person, one way or $38.00 per person, roundtrip. Tickets can be purchased in advance by clicking here or by calling 1-866-596-2699. Tickets are also available at the airport at ticket desks located across from baggage claim areas 1, 5, 9, 11 and 12. Advance reservations are required 48 hours prior to travel for all ADA accessible transfers.
Car rentals are available at the airport’s Consolidated Rental Car Facility via nine rental companies. For more information, click here. Both Annual Meeting hotels offer valet parking at $38-$40 per night.

Train
