2022 Annual Meeting, page revised December 21, 2021

Annual meeting speakers can now upload handouts, Powerpoint presentations, and pre-recorded videos by accessing this form:

The new deadline for upload is December 30.

Please note that presenters must be registered for the conference to upload files. Speakers will use the email address with which they registered for the meeting to log into the form. Once a presenter types in the title of a presentation, the other fields should be populated automatically with the session information.

Handouts and Powerpoint presentations for remote and in person presenters will be added to the virtual platform and associated with the correct session and talk. The upload of handouts and Powerpoints is entirely optional.

Pre-recorded videos will be organized by session and made available via Dropbox for session organizers and presiders to download for playback during the conference. Videos must be mp4 files. For tips on how to pre-record via Zoom or Powerpoint, please see this document. Owing to the rapidly changing pandemic situation, remote presenters may present live without pre-recording.
