Registration is Open
Registration for the 2022 hybrid meeting is now open. We apologize that it has taken longer than usual to make our registration site available. The hybrid meeting is more complex than the regular in person or a fully virtual conference, and it has taken time to work through a number of issues with our registration vendor, the virtual event platform OpenWater, and the annual meeting hotel.

As a reminder, participants in San Francisco will have to show proof of vaccination in order to pick up their badges and masks will be required indoors.

I would like to attend virtually. Do I still use the regular registration form?
Yes, our form accommodates registration for both in person and virtual attendance.

Is there an early registration rate?
Yes, but only for in person attendees. You must register as an in person attendee on or before November 19 to receive the early rate. There is no early / late registration distinction for virtual attendees.

I am attending in person. Will I still get access to the virtual event platform during the conference and after the conference so that I can view recordings of sessions?
Yes

How will I access the virtual event platform?
You will log in using the same email address that you used to register. We will provide all attendees with instructions prior to the start of the meeting.

Will it be possible for me to switch my registration type from in person to virtual attendance, or vice versa, after I register?
Yes but you will need to contact registration staff at Showcare Event Solutions. Please save your registration confirmation email so that you have details easily to hand if you need to alter your registration.

I am presenting a paper at the conference. Do I still need to register?
Yes.

I have applied for contingent faculty / student participation funding. Should I still register?
You will need to register as travel and participation stipends will be disbursed as cash awards this year.

What are the hotel rates?
$169.00 per night at the Hilton and Parc 55. However, the Parc 55 is offering some rooms at a rate of $159.00 until October 31st.
