The department of Humanities, Classics, and Comparative Literature invites applications for a two-year (with possibility of a third year), replacement position, beginning Fall 2004. Requirements: Ph.D. in classics completed before August 2004. Expectations: 3/2 or 2/3 course load with optional summer teaching adding 18% salary, consisting of Greek and/or Latin courses from elementary to senior level, plus lecture courses in translation; limited committee work.
