Bucknell University - Lewisburg, PA (Two Positions)
Position one: Greek literature, tenure-track, entry-level assistant professor in the department of classics, beginning August 2003. The department seeks a generalist philologist with an emphasis in Greek language and literature to teach a sequence of literature and civilization courses, Latin and Greek at all levels, and courses in the applicant's area of expertise. We are particularly interested in applicants with a specialization in drama, myth, and literary theory, but we welcome applications from specialists in any field of Greek literature. A completed Ph.D. is preferable.
