Visiting Assistant Professor of Classics: one year position beginning August 16, 2011. We are particularly interested in a philologist qualified to teach ancient Greek and Latin at all undergraduate levels and other courses in classical civilization, particularly a course on women in antiquity. Teaching load is 9-12 contact hours per semester, depending upon class size. Ph.D. in classics or related field is required. Salary is competitive.
