ADJUNCT POSITION. Fall semester 2000: Two Greek language courses. Classical Greek I (beginning Greek) and Intermediate Greek (the third classical Greek course). In addition, tutorial work with two advanced students. We have a small but lively Classical Studies Program of which the Greek courses have become the centerpiece. Students are bright and highly motivated. Current enrollment: 11 in Classical Greek I, 7 in Intermediate Greek. Schedule: Tuesday and Friday 9:30am - 12:20pm. Wed. 9:30-10:20am. Tutorial work tba (with Wed. the most convenient time). We are looking for someone with teaching experience who will keep the students' interest in the language alive. In Spring semester, we will offer Classical Greek II and a single reading course for all students beyond Intermediate Greek.
