Full-time, one-year visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Classical Studies at The College of Wooster beginning fall 2010. We seek a generalist able to teach courses in literature, civilization, and Greek and Latin at all levels. Area of specialization is open, but preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Comparative Literature or Gender Studies. Must be willing to supervise students in the College program of Independent Study and participate in the College’s interdisciplinary programs. Ph.D. by August, 2010.
