Cornell College, a private undergraduate liberal arts college with a unique academic calendar in which students study one course at a time in month-long terms, invites applications for a part-time appointment for the 2002-03 academic year to teach either one, two, or all three of the following courses: Epic Tradition (October 28 - November 20, 2002), Beginning Latin I (November 25 - December 20, 2002), and Beginning Latin II (February 3 - 26, 2003). Master's degree required; ABD and some college teaching experience preferred. Cornell College is committed to excellence in teaching and encourages interdisciplinary interests among its faculty.
