Davidson College invites applications for a one-year visiting appointment (sabbatical replacement) at the assistant professor level in ancient history and classics, to begin 1 August 2000. Applicants should be able to teach introductory and advanced courses in Greek and Roman history and introductory courses in Greek and/or Latin. Teaching experience is highly desirable.
