The Department of Classics invites applications for an approved tenure-track position at the assistant professor level, beginning August 2002. We are looking for a classical philologist excited about teaching both Greek and Latin at all levels. The ability to teach a writing-intensive first-year seminar is desirable. Davidson's teaching load is five courses per year.
