The Department of Classics invites applications for a one-year appointment at the Visiting Assistant Professor level, beginning August, 2010. We are looking for a specialist in any area of Roman studies who is excited about teaching all levels of Latin as well as courses in translation. We prefer prior teaching experience and a Ph.D. Davidson's teaching load is five courses per year.
