The Classical Studies Department at Earlham College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Greek or Roman Literature at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning in the fall of 2013. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching undergraduate courses in Latin language and classical literature and culture in translation. The College especially seeks candidates with an interest in interdisciplinary teaching and an aptitude for teaching writing-intensive general education courses with broad appeal across the curriculum.
