FRANKLIN AND MARSHALL COLLEGE – LANCASTER, PA
The Department of Classics at Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Classics, beginning Fall 2011. The position is for one year, with possible renewal for a second year upon evidence of strong teaching and administrative approval. The successful candidate must be able to teach Greek and Latin at all levels and a Classics topics course. Teaching load is 3/2 and may include participation in the College’s general education requirement, “Foundations,” and our First-Year Seminar program. Ph.D. preferred; teaching experience required.
