GUSTAVUS ADOLPHUS COLLEGE --ST. PETER, MN
Gustavus Adolphus College invites nominations and applications for a one-year position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Classics to begin September 1, 2005. All specializations will be considered. This is a leave replacement position which has administrative approval.

We seek candidates who have an earned degree by August 1, 2005, but ABD will be considered. Candidate should exhibit evidence of excellence in teaching all levels of Latin and Greek at the undergraduate level, as well as courses in translation; willingness to contribute enthusiastically to the four-member Classics Department's thriving beginning language program; promise of scholarly activity; and interest in participating in the academic life of a liberal arts college.
