The Department of Classics at Haverford College invites applications for an appointment, pending budgetary approval, as visiting assistant professor for the academic year 2010-2011, with the possibility of renewal for a second year. Candidates for the position should be prepared to teach the Latin curriculum at all levels, to contribute to the Greek curriculum as needed, and to teach courses (including mythology) that form part of our offerings in classical culture and society.
Consideration of applications will begin on February 15, 2010 and continue until the position is filled.
