Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. An Assistant/Associate Professor tenure-track position in Classics is available beginning August, 2005. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in classics or related field; area of specialization is open; strong commitment to research and undergraduate teaching. Additional Qualification Desired: research in Latin poetry and/or Medieval. Responsibilities: teaches, researches, and services; teaching load is two courses per semester.
