LOYOLA UNIVERSITY - NEW ORLEANS, LA (Two Positions)
The Department of Classical Studies at Loyola University New Orleans is seeking two general classicists for full-time Instructor positions for the 2003-2004 academic year.

POSITION ONE: This is a one-year non-renewable sabbatical replacement position. The teaching load will be 4/4. The candidate should be ABD or have his/her PhD completed. This is a one-year, non-tenure track position. Salary will be $27,000 plus benefits (including health insurance, conference travel and moving expenses).

POSITION TWO: This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal for two additional years. The teaching load will be 4/4. The candidate should be ABD or have his/her PhD completed. This is a one-year, non-tenure track position. Salary will be $27,000 plus benefits (including health insurance, conference travel and moving expenses).

For the 2003-2004 year, these positions will constitute two-thirds of a three-person department.
