The Department of Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies at the Pennsylvania State University seeks applicants for a one-year non-tenure track position in ancient Greek language and literature beginning August, 2007. The successful candidate will instruct five courses: a two-semester introductory sequence in ancient Greek, one upper-level reading course in Greek prose, and two introductory general education courses in classical literature, mythology, or civilization, as appropriate to the candidate's expertise.
