The department of Comparative Arts & Letters invites applications for a tenure-track position in its Classical Studies section, beginning Fall 2018. Requirements: PhD in Classics or related field completed before August 2018. Expectations for the position are: 3/2 or 2/3 course load (with additional summer teaching desired), consisting of Greek and/or Latin courses from elementary to senior level, plus lecture courses in translation; regular publication of research in area of specialization; limited committee work. Specialization in Early Christian Literature is desirable.
