TULANE UNIVERSITY – NEW ORLEANS, LA

The Department of Classical Studies at Tulane University has been approved to make a one-year non-tenure-track appointment at the rank of visiting assistant professor to begin July 1, 2019. We are seeking a well-trained classicist with experience teaching beginning and intermediate Latin courses. Teaching duties for the fall semester will include 2 sections of beginning Latin and one course in translation, The Greeks, while the three courses for the spring are to be determined. PhD is required by June 30, 2019.
