Ancient Art Historian. The Department of Art and Art History announces the search for a full-time, tenure-track, assistant professor in ancient art history to begin Fall 2005. The successful candidate will teach the Ancient (Greek/Roman) course, lecture in the team-taught undergraduate Survey course, and develop courses in the candidate's field of interest, such as archaeology or other ancient world areas. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Ph.D. and strong commitment to teaching are required. The candidate should demonstrate promise in research and publication.
