Ancient History-The History Department at Providence College, a Catholic four-year liberal arts institution conducted under the auspices of the Dominican Friars, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship in Ancient History beginning Fall 2006. Competence for teaching Western Civilization is required. Demonstrated ability to teach Latin and/or Greek preferred. Fields of specialization are open. Ph.D. (Or imminent receipt) required.
