The Department of Classics of Rutgers University-New Brunswick announces a possible one-year position (renewable for second year), subject to final authorization, for a generalist with a specialty in classical Latin poetry. The teaching load is two courses per semester; applicants should anticipate completion of the Ph.D. by June 2003.
