SAN DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY (CLASSICS AND HUMANITIES) – SAN DIEGO, CA
The Department of Classics and Humanities at San Diego State University announces a fall 2007 tenure-track opening for an Assistant Professor of Classics and Humanities, with an emphasis in European humanities. Preferred: 1) Ph.D. in classics or in a related field or discipline, 2) expertise in Latin and knowledge of French or Italian, 3) a record or promise of published scholarship, and 4) successful classroom experience appropriate to assignments in Latin and in classical and European humanities.
