ST. OLAF COLLEGE – NORTHFIELD, MN
The Department of Classics at St. Olaf College invites applications for a possible one-year, full-time position, with the potential for renewal, at the level of Visiting Assistant Professor, beginning September 1, 2010. The person hired will be responsible for teaching elementary, intermediate, and advanced courses in both Latin and Greek as well as classics courses in translation, and will be expected to become involved in the broader life of the department and the college. Requirements for the job include a completed Ph.D., proven excellence in the teaching of Latin and Greek, and a commitment to scholarly activity.
