The Department of Classical Studies at Tulane University seeks a visiting assistant professor for the academic year 2011-2012 (start date August 25, 2011). The teaching load is three courses each semester and will include CLAS 3190 (Pompeii), CLAS 1000 (The Rise of Rome), CLAS 1040 (Classical Mythology), and CLAS 3180 (Roman Art & Archaeology).
