The Department of Classical and Near Eastern Studies at the University of Minnesota invites applications for a full-time, academic year (Aug. 28, 2006 – May 27, 2007) temporary position as an Assistant Professor in Classics to begin Fall Semester 2006. This is a one year, replacement position. The successful candidate will be qualified to teach large lecture courses in mythology and/or Roman civilization and intermediate/advanced courses in Greek and Latin.
