Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Classics

The Department of Classical Studies anticipates hiring a Latinist as a tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin 1 September 2011. The area of specialization is open but the successful candidate will be able to contribute to the department's interdisciplinary goals and programs. Teaching competencies must include Latin and Greek at all levels as well as a willingness to teach a range of general and large enrollment courses. PhD must be in hand by June 2011.
