The Department of Classics and Religious Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for a one year term position at the rank of Lecturer, beginning in August 2013. Ph.D. preferred. We seek a Classicist with broad training in the languages, literatures, and cultures of the ancient world. Teaching load is 4/4 and includes Greek and Latin at all undergraduate levels, as well as courses on literature in translation and culture. Ability to teach upper-level courses on drama in translation and/or gender and sexuality in the ancient world a plus. For information about the department, please visit http://www.unl.edu/classics/.
