School of History Religion and Classics. Applications are invited for the role of Professor of Classics and Ancient History. The areas of specialization are open, but you will be expected to take part in teaching a range of courses offered in the discipline of Classics and Ancient History. You will have an established international reputation in Classics and Ancient History as an active researcher and publisher. Applicants should possess a PhD in the area of Classics and Ancient History and have a significant international reputation in the field. This is a continuing full-time appointment at Academic Level E.
