The Department of Classical Studies at the University of Richmond seeks applications for a one-semester sabbatical replacement position for Fall 2011. Teaching load: four courses (three preparations). Courses: Elementary Latin (two sections), an advanced undergraduate Latin seminar, and Greek and Roman Epic in translation. The topic for the Latin seminar will be Plautus, Vergil or a selected topic of special interest to the person hired.
