An active undergraduate department seeks a specialist in classical literature in translation to teach courses in Western Literature Survey to the Renaissance, Greek and Roman mythology, and Studies in Drama. 50% of load in written communication. Doctorate in hand by August 2002, significant course work in classical languages and literature, and experience in teaching composition. Preliminary interviews at MLA and possibly APA conventions. Quality teaching is our first priority, but professional accomplishment and service are expected.
