Department of Modern and Classical Languages - Assistant Professor of Latin/French. A ten-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Latin and French position at a regional university of about 9,000 students in South Georgia, beginning August 1, 2001. Ph.D. in Latin or Classical Languages preferred. M.A. required. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Latin, Classical Civilization, and French and should demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching, scholarly promise and the ability to integrate technology into second-language instruction.
