POSITION ONE: The Department of Classical Studies invites applications for a three-year non-tenure-track Senior Lecturer position starting fall 2010. Candidates with research specialization in any area of Classics are invited to apply and should hold the PhD at time of application. The successful candidate will fully participate in our department as an excellent undergraduate teacher, with a 3-3 teaching load. Candidates need to show an ability and willingness to teach Latin, Greek, and classical civilization at all levels. We anticipate that the successful candidate will help the department to expand and improve its undergraduate course offerings.
