The Department of Classical Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, invites applications for a full-time visiting assistant professorship for the academic year 2019/20. We seek an individual with expertise in Greek Literature and Culture. The visitor will teach two undergraduate courses each semester, one of which will be Classical Mythology (a large lecture course), the other a course in Greek Literature and Culture. Ph.D. is required at time of appointment. The Department of Classical Studies has close ties to the interdisciplinary Program in Ancient Studies.
