Wabash College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor for a one-year replacement position in Classics to start July 1, 2000. Ph.D. preferred. Teaching experience required. Candidates must be generalists with demonstrable competence in both Latin and Greek. Teaching responsibilities will include courses from among the following: Greek and Roman History, elementary Greek, upper level Greek and Latin, archaeology, and literature in translation. The normal teaching load is three courses a semester.
