Wabash College invites applications for a tenure-track position as a Byron K. Trippet Assistant Professor to begin July 1, 2004. Ph.D. required. Candidates must be generalists with competence at all levels in both Latin and Greek and demonstrated excellence in teaching. Preference will be given to candidates with scholarly expertise in the literature of the Roman Empire or Roman material culture and history. Candidates will also be expected to participate in all-college courses. The Byron K. Trippet Assistant Professorship includes a two-year research stipend.
